As a Command & Control Operator, you will:
- Be part of the security department team
- Work in shifts 24×7, including weekends and holidays
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, customers and business partners
- Detect, assess, document and escalate security and operational incidents
- Staff the company’s main reception during day shifts and ensure a professional, welcoming experience
- Monitor security systems and operational platforms to detect, assess, document and escalate security and operational incidents
- Prioritize emerging threats to protect assets and information
- Support business continuity activities and emergency response
- Maintain operational logs, reports and shift handovers
If you have:
- Experience as Command & Control operator from the private sector or military service
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical, communication and decision-making skills
- High level of responsibility, integrity and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
It would be great if you also have:
- B.Sc. student in the Industrial Engineering field or equivalent
- Experience in corporate security, physical security or a similar operational role
