As an Employee Experience Partner you will:
- Be the focal point for all employee needs, from onboarding through day-to-day support to offboarding
- Be a part of the HR team that plans and executes a creative wellbeing offering such as team events, in-office celebrations, individual gifts and recognitions, volunteering, etc.
- Create meaningful moments that will make a lasting impact on all employees
- Build employee-centric programs and processes
- Assist with all aspects of HR logistics
If you have:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- A creative, out-of-the-box thinker, who is up to date with all the latest market trends
- A people person with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong operational, multitasking, creative thinking and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel + ppt)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
