As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will:

  • Have an opportunity to gain experience in employee experience, engagement and culture programs, while developing practical skill
  • Be the focal point for all employee needs across key lifecycle moments, from onboarding through day-to-day support to offboarding
  • Plan and execute creative wellbeing initiatives within the EEX function, such as team events, in-office celebrations, individual gifts and recognition and volunteering
  • Create meaningful moments and experiences that drive employee engagement and make a lasting impact
  • Support employee-centric programs and processes
  • Proactively connect with employees, sense needs, identify gaps and help drive thoughtful solutions

If you have:

  • A positive attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking, and ability to stay up to date with the latest market trends
  • Strong operational, multitasking, creative thinking and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel + ppt)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
