As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will:
- Have an opportunity to gain experience in employee experience, engagement and culture programs, while developing practical skill
- Be the focal point for all employee needs across key lifecycle moments, from onboarding through day-to-day support to offboarding
- Plan and execute creative wellbeing initiatives within the EEX function, such as team events, in-office celebrations, individual gifts and recognition and volunteering
- Create meaningful moments and experiences that drive employee engagement and make a lasting impact
- Support employee-centric programs and processes
- Proactively connect with employees, sense needs, identify gaps and help drive thoughtful solutions
If you have:
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking, and ability to stay up to date with the latest market trends
- Strong operational, multitasking, creative thinking and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel + ppt)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
