As a Facilities Specialist, you will:
- Monitor and enforce daily cleaning routines in all office zones
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure tasks have been completed to expected standards
- Coordinate with morning and evening cleaning shifts to cover both surface cleaning and deep-cleaning tasks
- Support training of cleaning staff on equipment use, protocols and standards
- Manage the maintenance of gym, showers and cafeteria equipment
- Manage the maintenance of office supply and printing station inventory
- Full event coordination from A to Z – ensuring space cleanliness and setup, AV/VC functionality and refreshments
If you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in facilities operations or workplace services
- Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, detail-driven approach
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
- A collaborative, service-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or startup environments
- A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field – preferred
