As a Facilities Specialist, you will:

  • Monitor and enforce daily cleaning routines in all office zones
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure tasks have been completed to expected standards
  • Coordinate with morning and evening cleaning shifts to cover both surface cleaning and deep-cleaning tasks
  • Support training of cleaning staff on equipment use, protocols and standards
  • Manage the maintenance of gym, showers and cafeteria equipment
  • Manage the maintenance of office supply and printing station inventory
  • Full event coordination from A to Z – ensuring space cleanliness and setup, AV/VC functionality and refreshments

If you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in facilities operations or workplace services
  • Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, detail-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience working in fast-paced tech or startup environments
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field – preferred
