As a Help Desk Specialist, you will:
- Handle technical support cases both in-person and remotely
- Take part in the development of internal knowledge base through written documentation and maintenance of existing processes and procedures
- Work with senior-level admins to determine and resolve high-level problems
- Research, self-study and maintain proficiency in all areas related to IT technology
- Work both independently and with a team
If you have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Help Desk Specialist, Technical Support or PC technician in a large company or the IDF
- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft products: Office, AD, etc.
- Proven experience in PC/laptop imaging and deployment tools
- Proven ability to troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
- Customer-orientation and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong multitasking skills

- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting multiple OS environments (Windows, MacOS and Linux)
- Proven experience with mobile device management systems
