As a 24/7 Monitoring and Technical Support, you will:
- Work in shifts 24×7, including weekends and holidays
- Handle day-to-day production issues
- Provide clients with a professional and friendly first point-of-contact for all incidents
- Continuously develop and improve the team’s service and processes
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and debug technical incidents
If you have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a technical support, NOC or customer service representative, or a similar role
- Knowledge in UNIX systems & CCNA level networking – a must
- Fluency in English with strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure and remain focused
- Strong analytical skills and able to collect and interpret data from various sources
- Knowledge in Windows services and logs
- Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python.
- Basic knowledge in Virtualization (VMware)
