As an OD Business Partner, you will be:
- Design and deliver OD&L programs that enhance leadership capability, employee engagement and career development
- Lead, design and implement innovative OD solutions that address current and future business needs
- Facilitate and implement change management and talent development initiatives
- Design and facilitate offsites and team-building exercises and workshops
- Conduct organizational assessments and surveys to identify key areas for improvement, recommending actionable solutions.
- Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to assess organizational needs and provide strategic solutions
- Infuse creativity and innovation into learning solutions to enhance the effectiveness of development programs, develop team-building exercises, and workshops.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of programs, while performing analysis, surveys and organizational assessments to ensure continuous improvement
If you have:
- 3-4 years of relevant OD experience in a fast-paced environment
- High level of English proficiency
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful organizational development strategies and building programs from scratch
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong understanding of best practices and emerging trends in the high-tech industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with various stakeholders
- Training and facilitation skills
