As an OD Business Partner, you will be:

  • Design and deliver OD&L programs that enhance leadership capability, employee engagement and career development
  • Lead, design and implement innovative OD solutions that address current and future business needs
  • Facilitate and implement change management and talent development initiatives
  • Design and facilitate offsites and team-building exercises and workshops
  • Conduct organizational assessments and surveys to identify key areas for improvement, recommending actionable solutions.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to assess organizational needs and provide strategic solutions
  • Infuse creativity and innovation into learning solutions to enhance the effectiveness of development programs, develop team-building exercises, and workshops.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of programs, while performing analysis, surveys and organizational assessments to ensure continuous improvement

If you have:

  • 3-4 years of relevant OD experience in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of English proficiency
  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful organizational development strategies and building programs from scratch
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong understanding of best practices and emerging trends in the high-tech industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with various stakeholders
  • Training and facilitation skills
