As a Security Researcher Team Lead, you will:
- Lead a team of web researchers, including professional guidance, mentorship and career development
- Managing ongoing research projects, prioritizing tasks and ensuring the continuity of existing operations
- Defining research methodologies and maintaining high-quality technical output across the team
- Leading the hiring process for new researchers, from defining technical requirements to onboarding
If you have:
- 2+ years of managerial experience as a team leader and/or teach lead
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Experience in mentoring researchers and conducting professional code reviews
- Rich experience in cyber security research, specifically in the web and mobile domains
- Deep understanding of communication protocols and practical experience in cryptography
- Proven experience with tools such as Frida and GDB/LLDB
- Deep practical experience in conduct advanced static and dynamic analysis of mobile applications, preferably for Android and iOS
