As a Talent Sourcer, you will:
- Lead proactive sourcing activities for technology-oriented roles
- Analyze hiring needs and translate them into precise sourcing profiles
- Identify, approach and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach campaigns
- Build sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, internal databases and creative market mapping
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-hire roles
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to continuously improve sourcing quality
- Track sourcing metrics and optimize funnel performance
If you have:
- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting within high-tech environments
- Strong understanding of technology-driven roles and profiles
- Proven experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
- High level of English (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Can-do approach with a proactive and positive mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience supporting early hiring stages, including candidate screening, interviews and evaluation processes
