As a Talent Sourcer, you will:

  • Lead proactive sourcing activities for technology-oriented roles
  • Analyze hiring needs and translate them into precise sourcing profiles
  • Identify, approach and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach campaigns
  • Build sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, internal databases and creative market mapping
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-hire roles
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to continuously improve sourcing quality
  • Track sourcing metrics and optimize funnel performance

If you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting within high-tech environments
  • Strong understanding of technology-driven roles and profiles
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
  • High level of English (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Can-do approach with a proactive and positive mindset
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience supporting early hiring stages, including candidate screening, interviews and evaluation processes
